Reviews and Ratings
I’ve been visiting this hotel for years and it continues to impress with its stunning views of the lake and mountains. The rooms are well-kept, with great amenities, but I found myself wishing for a bit more in terms of the dining options since the steakhouse was closed during my stay. Overall, though, the location and value for money keep me coming back.
I had mixed feelings about my stay here. The hotel had potential, but it definitely needs some upgrades, especially in terms of the rooms and facilities. While the casino aspect was interesting, the overall experience was marred by maintenance issues and some unhelpful staff interactions. The breakfast options were limited, but at least the dining experience had some redeeming qualities with the lodge restaurant nearby.
I had a bit of a rough start at this hotel, finding mouse droppings in my first room. They quickly moved me to a new room and apologized, but the morning manager denied the issue I reported. On the brighter side, the location is fantastic with great views of the lake, and the dining options were decent, especially breakfast with stunning sunrise views. However, I wouldn't recommend staying due to the cleanliness concerns.
